Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Hygiene products (pimple patches, personal care items) that have been opened
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How to Start a Return

Email us at dennis2k50@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for the return
  4. A photo if the item arrived damaged or defective

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, item arrived damaged).

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where stock is available. Please contact us at the email above to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
