Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Email us immediately at dennis2k50@gmail.com if you need to amend an order.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is powered by Shopify, one of the world’s most trusted e-commerce platforms. We never store your card details.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide. No minimum spend, no codes needed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Canada & USA: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide with free standard shipping. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at dennis2k50@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Are your products good quality?
Every product in our store has been personally reviewed and selected for quality, safety, and value. We only list items we’d be comfortable recommending to people we care about.
Are the phone cases compatible with wireless charging?
Yes. All our phone cases are fully compatible with wireless (Qi) charging — no need to remove the case.
