Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Email dennis2k50@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, pimple patches and personal care items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
